From South St. Louis:
Go West across the Jefferson Barracks Bridge into Illinois for 1.7 miles till you reach the Route 3 exit. Take the Columbia Route 3 exit (East). Stay on Route 3 through Columbia for 4.9 miles till you come to Illinois 158 East. Take 158 East toward Belleville for 6.1 miles till you reach the Millstadt 4 way stop.
